Policies

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it, or credit your account, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • This policy applies to products bought from our online store only.
  • You can return your product within 30 days of delivery and receive a full refund to your original payment method. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all labels and tags attached.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to ship your product back to us.
  • You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or store credit.
  • If you are approved, then your refund or store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method or your store account, within a certain amount of days.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts, or is returned after the 30-day period.
  • We do not accept returns for the following products, unless they are defective or damaged:
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products
    • Personalized or customized products
    • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines
    • Health and personal care items
    • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases
